Roundup #2 for September 11th

This is the final roundup for today (or any day) before I head into New York City for my surgery. Unfortunately, I don't have all the links yet, but it's going to have to do.

Men's Soccer: UConn defeated SMU 1-0, thanks to a Max Wasserman goal off a free kick. The Huskies improve to 5-0 and could be ranked #2 next week thanks to a loss by #1 UNC. Next up, we travel to Boston University on Friday at 7:00 PM, and then to Boston College on Tuesday the 20th, also at 7:00 PM. The Eagles are ranked #8 in the country, but that ranking may drop after a 4-0 loss to Maryland on Friday night. The Goal Patrol will have a large contingent at both games, and the BC game is the official yearly trip. Both Boston games will be on WHUS.

Women's Soccer: The Huskies lost 2-1 to Harvard today in Cambridge. No further summary is available at this time. I may post something later if I have more info. Next up, we open Big East play when we host the Syracuse Orange on Thursday night at 7:00 at Morrone Stadium. That game will be on WHUS and Huskies All-Access.
